This business innovation course was designed for managers, executives, and entrepreneurs who want their teams to bring new ideas faster to market. It provides hands-on knowledge on growth experimentation with strategies to reduce your team's time-to-action.
We designed this course so that you can start implementing our tools and frameworks right away. You can easily go through 1 or 2 modules per week. Each module as 4-7 short lessons with quizzes and exercises. The key is to complete the assignments and practice what you learn. You should plan 2-3 hours/week to put in practice your learnings.
