The program is best suited for B2B Seed and Series A startups that have at least an Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and some traction. If you're ready to refine your market fit, enhance your go-to-market strategy, prepare for fundraising, and scale your operations, this program is ideal for you.
Participants will learn how to accelerate traction, develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, hire and build a solid company culture, and find the best funding paths. The program also covers leadership skills, operational efficiency, leveraging AI for sales and marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
The program is delivered through weekly live group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and actionable assignments. There are also Growth Talks featuring industry experts, and participants have access to exclusive on-demand content. The flexible schedule ensures participants can join from any time zones.
